Point Who is a local multiplayer party game. We take your privacy seriously and collect as little data as possible.

Data We Collect

Point Who does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.

The following is stored locally on your device only and never sent to us:

• Whether you have confirmed you are 16 or over (for age-gated packs)
• Your daily free game count

Purchases & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, payments are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect anonymous usage data. You can read their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services:

• Apple App Store — for payment processing
• RevenueCat — for subscription management

We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking tools.

Children's Privacy

Point Who is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
